The LORO-X DRAINJET Mini for pressure flow is characterized by its space-saving dimensions (145 mm flange diameter) and is therefore suitable, for example, for box gutters, carports and small roof areas. Moreover, it can be used for the main and emergency drainage of inside or "on the cornice lying" box gutters.

The high drainage capacity of up to 9 liters per second is achieved through the high flow speed of the water in the pressure-resistant LORO-X steel discharge pipe. Compared to conventionally dimensioned downpipes (4.5 l/s for DN 100), this corresponds to twice the performance with half the pipe diameter.

The reliable system performance verification in the form of the LX specification sheet consists of the graphic representation of the system form (CAD drawing) and the system performance measured with this test system (discharge curve).

With the downpipe made of backflow-proof LORO-X steel discharge pipe in DN 50, installation is also permitted inside buildings or behind the facade.

Main and emergency drainage for box gutters

When building new box gutters or renovating them, often both is required at the same time: high-performance main drainage into the ground pipe in accordance with current rain intensities and safe and powerful emergency drainage into the open.

With help of the DRAINJET Mini emergency drainage an unwanted overflow of the box gutter in the case of heavy rain is avoided.

LORO recommends installation in industrially manufactured or construction-made metal channels from a width of 150 mm or 300 mm, depending on the channel dimensions. Since the drainage capacity differs between narrow or wide channels, LORO provides at least two LX specification sheets (for 150 mm width or 300 mm width) for each drain.

Inside gutters

In the case of heavy rain - unlike in the case of mounted gutters - the water cannot overflow into the open, but has to be guided safely through the building via a backflow-proof LORO-X pipe system into the open .

The LORO-X steel drainage pipe made of break-proof, galvanized steel is pressure-resistant and backflow-proof thanks to the two-chamber push-fit socket with sealing element. Installation in front of the facade, in the facade or in the building is possible.

Clamping flange

The practical clamping flange with compression seal enables secure sealing in metal box gutters without soldering or welding.
