LORO-X Series 43 model with basin
The models with basin are particularly notable for their increased discharge rate compared to the models without roof penetration.
Via the circumference of the overflow edge of the basin, significantly more water can be collected from the sealing level. In the basin, a higher water level is reached relative to the pipe so that the discharge through the horizontal pipe is higher.
In the case of the emergency drainage, the special strainer basket is closed in the lower area and thus also functions as congestion element. Due to its very large overflow edge, a high discharge rate is already possible at just 15 millimeters above the overflow edge.
The model with a basin thus offers a balanced relationship between increased discharge rate and energy-saving potential thanks to a low penetration depth into the roof.
